If you are eating foods which give for more than 500 calories of energy per day, then chances are it will lead you to gain half kg within a week. A bottle of cola and 2 packets of potato chips is enough and more to give you 500 calory. Eating this alone a day won’t satisfy your stomach and hunger, but can make you fat within a week.
Instead of eating such high calory junks try foods that contain low calorie. Such types of foods will fill your stomach and you feel satisfied. This won’t make you fat either.
