Make time to get some time outdoors and allow some sunlight on your body. However, you need to ensure that the ultraviolet UVB rate is not very low. The weather forecast would help you to learn about ultraviolet rays and their current.
Usually, the ultraviolet B rates in the sunrays will be insufficient during winter seasons, in the early mornings or late evenings.
3. Do Exercises
Systemic exercise or sports are known to improve height. Even though exercising won’t increase your height overnight, it can certainly help you to get few centimeters taller if you do it consistently. It can also help you become a bit more flexible.
Doing exercises that stretch your spine and elongate your body are quite effective to add an inch or two to your height. Some of the stretching exercises you do at home are bar hanging, cobra stretching, cat stretching and forward spine stretching.
